At Communal, we’re always looking for ways to give back to the community. Last Friday, October 19th, our team, including staff, members of the board, and our CEO, came together for a special volunteer day at CHP RSL. We partnered with the charity Fair Fight Foundation; the champions behind Supertee, dedicating the day to helping children facing serious medical challenges.

Our mission for the day was simple yet profound: pack hundreds of Supertee medical shirts, each designed to bring comfort and joy to children in hospitals. These aren’t just any shirts—they come with heroic designs, including Marvel superheroes and an outer space commander, meant to inspire the imagination and empower the children who wear them.

But we didn’t stop at just packing tees. Every shirt was paired with thoughtful additions, including pillow covers, stickers, and comic books, all bundled with a personalized card from our team. We hope that these small gestures, full of love and encouragement, will bring smiles to the faces of those who need it most.

The Supertee itself is a marvel of both design and functionality. Not only does it make medical care easier for parents and hospital staff by providing easier access for medical lines, but it also transforms the hospital experience into something a little more magical for the kids. Fair Fight Foundation believes, as we do, that children facing illness are the real superheroes, and we’re proud to have been a part of this incredible cause.

Our organisation and staff are committed to making a difference wherever we can, and we’re grateful to everyone who participated in this heart-warming day. Together with Fair Fight Foundation, we hope to keep bringing strength, comfort, and imagination to children who need it most, both in Australia and around the world.
