Learning Links

Learning Links is a wonderful Australian charity that exists to give children the best start in life. They work with children, families and communities to help support children to overcome challenges at a vital stage of their development and empower them to reach their full academic, social and wellbeing potential.

We are proud to support Learning Links so that they are able to make a difference to our own local schools and community here in the Canterbury Local Government area.

Learning Links was established in 1972 by parents concerned about the lack of appropriate education and support services to meet their children’s needs.

Today, our focus is on preventing learning difficulties from causing disadvantage. We work in close collaboration with schools, early childhood settings, professionals and parents to help children with learning disabilities and difficulties.

CMNL are committed to raising funds to support children in partnership with Learning Links. Funds are raised from our Charity Cash Housie activities weekly at CHP RSL, Magpie Sports Club and Bargo Sports Club
