CMNL are a proud supporter of many local teams across several sports. At Magpie Sports in Croydon Park, we invest in many local community sporting teams.
In 2022 we are proud sponsors of Summer Hill Cricket Club, Inner West Magpies AFL, Enfield All Star Futsal, Enfield Rovers, and Canterbury Junior FC. We support these teams financially through Grants for them to be able to run their competitions to a high standard.
Examples of the financial assistance include cricket balls and protective equipment, goal post pads, referees, reduced registration fees of families, soccer balls, training equipment such as fold up soccer goals and witches hats to name a few.
The clubs are welcome to use the Magpie Sports club to hold their committee meetings in the clubs function room. The clubs also have their season launch night and presentation nights in the clubs Skyline Room and ‘Thank you nights’ are often held for the volunteers who give up their time to help these sporting clubs run by doing the canteen duty or sausage sizzle on a Saturday morning.
